Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Overview

KW Reserve is seeking a driven, growth-minded professional to support agent experience, recruiting, and marketing, while also owning key front office responsibilities.

This role blends marketing, recruiting support, and daily operations, offering the opportunity to contribute to the overall growth of the Market Center while upholding a high standard of professionalism and consistency in the office.

This position offers performance-based growth opportunities tied to recruiting support, marketing impact, and Market Center expansion, with the ability to grow alongside the business.

You will work closely with leadership and play a direct role in agent experience, recruiting growth, brand visibility, and office culture.

This is an opportunity to build, influence, and grow, not just manage tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and support recruiting efforts
  • Track and manage recruiting pipelines and coordinate recruiting events
  • Execute social media and marketing strategies to promote agents and listings
  • Create polished digital and print marketing materials
  • Coordinate agent recognition, internal communications, and culture initiatives
  • Support leadership with administrative and growth initiatives
  • Track and report on marketing and recruiting performance
  • Maintain organized systems that support performance and accountability

Front Office & Daily Operations

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Manage social media platforms (post content, engage, respond to messages)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Who You Are

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator with a professional presence
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Takes ownership and leads by example, with a willingness to grow through both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities
  • Proven marketing and social media experience (Canva & CapCut a plus)
  • Real estate experience and familiarity with Keller Williams systems (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,771.52 per year
