Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also handling day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle office administration tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier and mail
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
- Support HR with attendance records, onboarding formalities, and employee documentation
- Assist management with reports, data entry, and scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the front office area
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 4-5 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administration
