Edge-O-Dells Resort is excited to grow our front desk team!

We’re currently looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Front Desk Reservationist to join us. This position serves as the first point of contact for our guests, so a warm and welcoming attitude is a must. Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, answering phone calls, overseeing booking systems, responding to guest inquiries, and helping ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Excellent communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist with reservations, as well as smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Accurately manage and update guest information within the booking system.
  • Provide detailed information regarding resort amenities, rates, policies, and local attractions.
  • Address guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.

Requirements:

WE DO REQUIRE WEEKEND AND AFTERNOON AVAILABILITY!

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers and reservation software.

Note: pay is based on experience!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.75 - $17.75 per hour
