Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
  • Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure room readiness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Previous experience with night audits or guest relations roles is a plus
