Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality operation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all visitors. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct night audits when required, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide excellent guest relations through attentive service.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction.
  • Ability to manage night audit procedures and handle guest relations with professionalism.
