This Position is for Monday & Tuesday's from 6am-2pm.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and billing details using hotel management software
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
• Knowledge of resort operations or hospitality management enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Experience in guest services, hotel experience, or night audit procedures will support your success here
