Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while efficiently managing multi-line phone systems.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and respond promptly to all guest communications via phone or email.
- Assist with guest services such as providing local information, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests.
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently and professionally.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with international guests.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations strategies is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage front desk responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
