Front Desk Agent

Our company is seeking outgoing and reliable professionals to join our team of guest service agents. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, helping guests and making their stay memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Checking guest in, helping sell mini mart items and settling their bills
• Making reservations and answering the phone
• Helping make drinks when the bar is closed for guests of the hotel
• May help guests with room needs, towels etc.
• May need to help drive a shuttle to attractions, or DFW airport
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus, but can be trained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
