Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide customer support by addressing guest needs, resolving issues, and offering information about services.
  • Assist with office duties, including clerical tasks and maintaining a tidy front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
  • Ability to complete laundry throughout shift.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
  • Skilled in using computer applications as well as Apple technology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability of managing time effectively.
