Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining reservation records
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Support night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably at a front desk or guest services position
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
  • Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in handling reservations and guest requests
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a resort or hotel environment
  • Previous hotel experience that demonstrates familiarity with front desk operations and guest services

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
