Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance their experience
  • Perform night audit duties, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Experience in guest services, guest relations, and front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management best practices
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
