Front Desk Agent – $20/hr + $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Sedona Cedars Resort is expanding our front desk team for our peak season! We are seeking highly dependable, professional Front Desk Agents to provide exceptional service to our guests.

To meet the demands of our busy season, we are hiring for multiple schedules and require flexible availability across our operating hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 total ($150 paid after 30 days of reliable employment, $350 paid at 60 days)

Available Schedules

• Full-Time positions available
• Shifts include AM (Opening) and PM (Closing) coverage
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Position Overview Front Desk Agents provide professional, efficient service during check-in, check-out, and throughout each guest’s stay. You will be responsible for managing high guest volume, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring our lobby and front desk represent the resort well. This position requires strong organization, reliability, and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer guest questions and provide local Sedona recommendations
• Manage reservations, rate quoting, and phone inquiries
• Process payments and strictly follow company procedures
• Operate our Property Management System (PMS), email, and office equipment
• Complete daily reporting, shift balancing, and closing/opening procedures accurately
• Maintain the appearance of the lobby, front desk, and common areas

Qualifications

• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability is a must.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a mix of morning and evening shifts.
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience: Hospitality experience is preferred, but a professional, dependable work ethic is most important. Comfortable working independently.
