What you’ll do:

Welcome guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

Answer phones and assist guests with questions, needs, and special requests

Provide helpful information about the hotel and local area

Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure a smooth guest experience

Keep the front desk organized, accurate, and running efficiently

What we’re looking for:

Friendly, outgoing personality

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
