Red Roof Plus Inn & Suites Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Representative

Role Type: Part-time | Salary Range: $14.50-$16/hr.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our guest services team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys their experience, from check-in to check-out. If you love taking pride in the service you provide, enjoy problem solving, and want to be part of an already great team then this might be the position for you.

Schedule/hours:

We are currently hiring for positions requiring flexible availability across all shifts, including nights (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), mornings (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), and evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Candidates must be willing to work any of these shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Always be courteous and pleasant to the guests and co-workers.
• Guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction by being courteous and pleasant at all times
• Efficiently manage all check-in, check-out, and payment in an efficient and organized fashion
• Proactively addressing and resolving guests' complaints to their satisfaction
• Coordinating with other departments so operations can run smoothly and successfully
• Provide guests with clear directions, information, and other reasonable assistance
• Follow procedures and policies to keep things clear and consistent
• Maintain accurate guest records and thoroughly verify and adjust billing as required
• Tend to all phone calls and guest request in an attentive and professional manner
• Keep the office and lobby areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Performing additional duties relevant to the role

Requirements:

• Clear and effective communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and great problem solving skills
• Maintain composure, keeping calm under pressure
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team- responsible and reliable
• Previous hotel or resort front desk and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling; not restricted to just one shift.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
