Position Summary

The Front Desk Agent is the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences, handling reservations, and providing accurate information to enhance each guest’s stay.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure

· Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

· Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room assignments

· Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a courteous manner

· Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and events

· Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

· Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance shift reports

· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to meet guest needs

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

· Follow all brand standards, resort policies, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills

· Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with computers and hotel property management systems (PMS experience a plus)

· Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

· Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
