We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable stays for our guests.

What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from arrival to departure:

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Recognize and engage IHG Rewards members and returning guests
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Maintain safety, security, and brand standards at the front desk
• Assist with light audit functions and daily reporting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hotel/hospitality experience (required)
• Experience with OPERA PMS (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable with flexible availability, including weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with computers, front desk systems, and multitasking
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations or accounting is a plus (training provided)
