Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spark. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management or guest services and be comfortable working with multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling incoming calls on multi-line phone systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems related to hotel management and reservations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
