Front Desk Agent

Overview

Shift Schedule Requirments: Sun & Mon 11pm - 7am, Thur- Sat 11am - 7pm (40 Hours)

As a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests around the clock. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all shifts. Whether you’re greeting guests in the morning or handling late-night check-ins, your positive attitude and multitasking skills will keep our resort running smoothly. Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all hours of the day and night
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
  • Check guests in and out seamlessly, handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
  • Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay
  • Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues swiftly and uphold service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in guest services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle night audits or overnight shifts confidently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction expertise
  • Previous hotel experience or resort background is highly desirable to understand hospitality nuances

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
