Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing friendly, professional guest service at Inns On Bellevue and Hydrangea House Inn. This position works closely with other staff members to help ensure smooth daily operations, welcoming guest arrivals, accurate reservations, room inspections, and general support wherever needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take and manage reservations accurately.
• Assist with guest check-outs and answer guest questions as needed.
• Inspect rooms and report any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
• Work cooperatively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management staff.
• Keep the front desk, common areas, and work areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Assist the manager with daily operational tasks and special projects.
• Help ensure a positive guest experience at both inns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
