HIRING: Front Office Receptionist (Philippines Preferred)

We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing business team remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and messages
  • Manage schedules and appointments
  • Social media assistance
  • Data entry and online research
  • Customer support
  • Administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection & computer/laptop
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous VA experience is a plus but not required
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, or social media platforms preferred
