Front Desk Agent - Evening/Day

The Front Desk Agent at the Fairfield Inn in Lewisburg will work 7am to 3pm and 11am to 7pm. Weekends and Holidays are when people stay at hotels; one must be available to work during these days. The Front Desk Agent will typically work independently. The following attributes are absolutely necessary for a Front Desk Agent:

• Able to effectively communicate with others in person, on the phone, and through email/chat
• Active desire to positively interact with others
• Familiar with computer applications; able to learn quickly
• Willing to accommodate guest requests at any time
• Comfortable in higher stress situations
• Able to pass a drug test
• Eager to positively interact with guests
• This position will work 7am to 3pm/ 11am to 7pm five days per week.
• This is a full-time position that comes with benefits that happen after a waiting period.
