Front Desk Agent - Four Points Columbus-Polaris

Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
