Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
