About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Rooms Department in Riyadh, the Front Desk Agent is responsible to assist the fundamental set-up, organization and development of systems within the department. This position will create all forms, scheduling systems, and correspondence venues and devise accurate internal sales procedures for addressing daily requests.The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
