Front Desk Agent/ Night Audit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Agent/ Night Audit to join our dynamic hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, handling all relevant paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of guest information, including room assignments and special requests.
- Utilize phone systems to handle internal and external calls, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
- Conduct night audits to ensure the accuracy of guest records and room inventory.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a multilingual environment, with a focus on hospitality.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is essential for this role.
- A strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on guest relations and hotel operations.
- Experience with hotel management software and phone systems is desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
