Front Desk Agent - PM & NA Shift's

Job Summary:
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Check guests in and out using the hotel property management system
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reports
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
