Job Summary:
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out using the hotel property management system
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
