We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay while delivering exceptional service at every step. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team shaping the guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, efficient, and prompt service to guests from check-in to check-out.
Greet guests personally, escorting them to their rooms and assisting with inquiries or requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, events, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Handle reservations, guest accounts, and cashiering tasks accurately using the Front Office system.
Ensure proper posting of incidental charges and verify accounts at check-out.
Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of all guest information.
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in luxury or pre-opening hotels.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
