Front Desk Agent | Pre-Opening Hotel

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay while delivering exceptional service at every step. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team shaping the guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, efficient, and prompt service to guests from check-in to check-out.

  • Greet guests personally, escorting them to their rooms and assisting with inquiries or requests.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, events, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.

  • Handle reservations, guest accounts, and cashiering tasks accurately using the Front Office system.

  • Ensure proper posting of incidental charges and verify accounts at check-out.

  • Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of all guest information.

  • Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in luxury or pre-opening hotels.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
