Job Summary

The Sales & Leasing Administrator / Receptionist will manage front desk operations while handling sales and leasing administration, including Ejari, RERA forms, and property listings, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance across all real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities: Reception & Front Desk

  • Manage front desk operations and professionally greet walk-in clients
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for sales and leasing teams

Sales & Leasing Administration

  • Prepare, review, and manage all real estate sales and leasing forms, including:
  • Form A, Form B, Form F
  • Booking Forms
  • MOU
  • Tenancy Contracts
  • Ejari registration, renewals, and cancellations
  • Leasing offers and renewals
  • Coordinate with sales advisors, leasing agents, landlords, tenants, developers, and trustees
  • Ensure compliance with RERA & Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
  • Track transactions from initiation to completion for sales and leasing
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all transactions
  • Update CRM systems with deal status and client documentation
  • Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and signatures

Listings Management

  • Create, update, and manage property listings across company platforms and portals
  • Ensure listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with RERA guidelines
  • Coordinate with agents for listing details, photos, and approvals
  • Monitor listing status and remove outdated or closed listings

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Assist management with reports and daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and client information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales & leasing administration, RERA forms, and Ejari
  • Well versed with property listings and real estate portals
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
  • Professional communication and client-handling abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Preferred

  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Experience handling front desk / receptionist duties
  • Familiarity with DLD portals and trustee processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
