Sales Coordinator (Female)

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage and support sales operations by coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves handling material availability, delivery schedules, logistics, and smooth coordination between the sales team and estimation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between sales team, estimation team, and logistics
• Track material availability and stock status
• Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch
• Support sales team with order processing and documentation
• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
• Maintain sales and delivery records
• Handle day-to-day coordination tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination or a similar role (lighting industry preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
