2 or 3 evening shifts (3-11 PM) and Sunday overnight audit shift (11 PM to 7 AM).

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring all records are accurate for accounting purposes.
- Maintain a high standard of guest relations by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Oversee security procedures during night shifts, including monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting property inspections to ensure safety.
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure a clean, comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest services best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality setting is advantageous.
