The Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Metro Airport is seeking qualified candidates for a front desk agent. Shifts can range from mornings 7am-3pm, evenings 3pm-11pm to audit 11pm-7am. Front desk associates represent the hotel to guests throughout all stages of their stay. While the front desk works closely with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience, desk agents are responsible for assisting guests with checking in, checking out, creating and modifying reservations, assisting with billing and payments, and resolving any issues that may arise during a stay.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and guest focused w/ strong verbal and written communication skills.
OnQ/PEP PMS experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Microsoft Office experience preferred but not required. Customer service and/or hospitality experience required.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
