Front Desk Agent(Part Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle phone systems to respond to inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
  • Experience with night audits is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
