We are looking for a smart, responsible, and result-driven Front Desk & Sales Officer to handle student inquiries, manage leads, and achieve monthly sales targets. If you have experience in telesales and are confident in communication, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads).
  • Manage and follow up with leads from social media and other channels.
  • Explain course details and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain lead data and daily reports using MS Excel or CRM.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and campaign performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
  • Assist walk-in students and provide front desk support professionally.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales / front desk / customer service.
✅ Strong communication & convincing skills.
✅ Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
✅ Able to manage leads efficiently and work under targets.
✅ Should be ready to join immediately.
✅ Female candidates preferred (but not mandatory).
