Part-Time Front Desk & Guest Experience Assistant
June–July Seasonal Opportunity

Artistry is seeking a warm, organized, and client-focused individual to join our team part-time this summer. As the first face our clients see, you'll play an important role in creating the elevated, welcoming experience that Artistry is known for.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for wellness, beauty, or luxury hospitality. While an interest in aesthetics is a plus, it is not required. For the right person, this role could lead to future opportunities within our growing practice.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily calendar coordination
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails while providing exceptional customer service
• Assist with client check-in and check-out processes
• Support daily front desk operations and maintain an organized, polished reception area
• Help clients safely and comfortably in and out of our LightStim Red Light Therapy Bed
• Maintain treatment room readiness and assist with light operational tasks throughout the day
• Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, inventory support, and general office organization
• Collaborate with the Artistry team to ensure every client receives a seamless, luxury experience

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable assisting clients with wellness services, including the LightStim Red Light Therapy Bed
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, medical, wellness, spa, or office settings is preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or beauty
• Aesthetics license or current aesthetics student (not required)
• Experience with booking software, social media, or client communications
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
