Position Summary
Coastal Forest Products is seeking to hire a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Associate to support our headquarters in Bow, New Hampshire. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and greeting visitors. Additionally, this role may assist with marketing coordination, sales reporting, and other administrative tasks, during down-time.
Key Responsibilities

Answers and directs incoming calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner.

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they connect with the appropriate team member

Order and maintain office supplies as needed

Organize and file records and important documentation

Support the Marketing & Sales team with copy/print tasks and other administrative needs

Manages time effectively & prioritizes administrative tasks

Represent Coastal with professionalism and a helpful attitude
Qualifications

2+ years of administrative support experience (experience in building materials is a plus).

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP / CRM experience, a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring detail accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing.

Customer-service approach – proactive and solution-oriented.

Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Adaptable and willing to assume additional responsibilities.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Office environment with occasional visits to warehouse.

Ability to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods.

May require occasional lifting of marketing materials or product samples (up to 25 lbs.).
