Front Desk Associate - Hotel Experience Required

Overview

The Authors is a growing hospitality management company committed to delivering refined guest experiences and operational excellence across our properties. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly professional and experienced Front Desk Associate with a strong hotel background to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, service-oriented, and experienced in handling high guest volumes within structured hotel environments.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and care.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Work on rotational shifts to provide 24/7 front desk coverage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
  • Support other Front Desk or operational tasks as needed to ensure excellent guest experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Associate in hotels (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 (based on experience).
