Job Duties:

• Support our team to deliver our mission to each and every member

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to all members and guests

• Actively promote, recruit and retain members with the highest level of professionalism providing a fun, safe and clean environment

• Answer telephone inquiries and route calls per company standards

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

• Assume other duties as assigned

• Attend all meetings/training required

Required Experience, Education & Certifications

• 6 months customer service / fitness experience preferred

• Certification in infant, child and adult CPR/AED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
