Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with courteous phone etiquette
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate front desk records, including reservations, billing, and guest information
• Serve beverages at the bar area, creating a lively atmosphere while ensuring responsible alcohol service
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or facility issues swiftly
• Uphold hotel standards of hospitality management and guest relations to foster positive experiences at every touchpoint

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality roles preferred, especially in front desk or guest services positions
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel operations such as night audit procedures and resort management enhances performance in this role
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations are essential
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette is advantageous
• Knowledge of hotel experience standards and resort environments will support your success in this lively setting

$15 per hour plus tips. Pay varies depending on experience.
