Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services and responding to inquiries.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations through phone systems or in-person requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that rooms are ready for guests.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences.

Skills

• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred but not required.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles is beneficial.
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
