Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with guest check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar hospitality establishment is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset for interacting with diverse guests
