Front Desk Clerk

What will you be doing most days?

· Greeting guest, and engaging in friendly conversation, ensuring that all guests are enjoying their stay.

· Checking in and out guest through the property management system, ensuring accurate record keeping, and billing.

· Booking reservations and handle incoming calls to the property.

· Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on the status of guest rooms.

· Occasional light cleaning of the lobby area.

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
