The Role
We're looking for a polished, proactive team member to support the daily front-of-house operations of our medical spa. You'll be the first impression for clients and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, elevated experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:

Greet and check in/out clients with warmth and professionalism

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules (Boulevard/GHL)

Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly

Educate clients on services, memberships, and pre/post-care

Support positive review generation and client retention
Front Desk Operations:

Verify deposits and intake forms prior to check-in

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Maintain a clean and polished reception area

Monitor retail inventory and communicate restock needs

Support daily opening and closing procedures
Sales Support:

Confidently communicate treatment packages and memberships

Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with the clinical team

Track daily sales and appointment flow
Requirements

1-3 years in medical spa, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality

Strong communication and client service skills

Comfortable discussing pricing and closing memberships
