Flourishing Lives Pediatric Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for the children and families we serve.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and creating a welcoming experience for families. Our front desk team is the hub of the clinic, keeping operations running smoothly while supporting therapists, families, and leadership.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting scheduling and patient flow, assisting with insurance and billing processes, and helping create a positive experience for every family who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Operations

  • Greet and check in families
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow
  • Verify insurance benefits and collect copays and patient payments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication records

Clinic Support

  • Open and close the clinic as scheduled
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Monitor and restock office and clinic supplies
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the front desk and shared spaces

Administrative & Billing Support

  • Assist with insurance authorizations and benefit verification
  • Support billing workflows and documentation processes
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information

Community & Marketing Support

  • Assist with outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
  • Help distribute marketing materials and flyers
  • Support community events, open houses, and clinic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Prior front desk, administrative, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
  • Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented

Schedule

Schedule may vary based on clinic needs. Some evening availability is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
