Front Desk Coordinator (FDC)

Location: Preferably Malir Cantt or nearby areas

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organized
  • Provide accurate information regarding school policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be a resident of Malir Cantt or nearby areas
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
