Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organized
- Provide accurate information regarding school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Malir Cantt or nearby areas
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
