Key Responsibilities
- Daily attendance checking and updating in the register
- Receiving calls and transferring them to the concerned person
- Managing housekeeping and maintaining stationery stock
- Handling petty cash and tracking monthly office expenses
- Preparing birthday and work anniversary cards in Canva
- Processing bills in ERP (PO, SRN)
- Vendor registration in ERP
- Following up with Accounts for timely vendor payments
- Managing courier inward & outward
- Handling visa documentation and follow-up
- Arranging travel (Air/Rail/Bus) and accommodation for guests and employees
- Managing bill checking and payments for landline, mobile, water, and credit cards
- Handling statutory payments like membership renewals and vehicle insurance policies
- Managing guesthouse agreements, rent payments, and arrangements for outstation employees
- Coordinating for exhibition banners with designers and printers and completing related formalities
- Preparing exhibition stationery lists and arranging gifts
- Supporting employee engagement activities
