Front Desk- Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our hotel team as a Front Desk .As the front desk responsible for customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will oversee various tasks related to handling customer complaints, engaging in group sales through cold calling, coordinating breakfast services,.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role within the hotel industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer complaints.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
