Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-presented Receptionist & Front Office Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, office supplies, pantry supervision, and meeting coordination for leadership—especially the CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, polite, and have strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Reception

  • Manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors & clients
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth entry protocols

Office & Pantry Management

  • Manage office supplies, pantry stock, stationery, and procurement
  • Coordinate with vendors for office and pantry materials
  • Ensure pantry and common office areas are clean and well-maintained

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Schedule and coordinate internal & external meetings for CEO
  • Arrange refreshments, meeting setups & logistics
  • Maintain calendars, update schedules, and share meeting reminders as needed
  • Assist in managing travel arrangements and hospitality for guests
  • Support HR & Admin in day-to-day office administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of front desk / office coordination experience
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Presentable, polite, punctual & professional
  • Knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational & multitasking abilities

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience + performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
