Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients professionally and assist with initial enquiries
• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Schedule appointments for counsellors and consultants
• Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
• Coordinate with counselling and documentation teams
• Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area
• Follow up with leads as directed by the team

Candidate Requirements

• Female Graduate (any discipline preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in front desk / receptionist role
• Experience in education or immigration consultancy preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic CRM)
• Well-groomed, confident, and polite personality
• Ability to multitask and handle clients calmly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
