- Greet patients, attendants, and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities
- Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments and follow-ups
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures
- Maintain and update patient records accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and internal communication efficiently
- Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts as per hospital policy
- Verify insurance details and coordinate with TPA/insurance desk when required
- Manage front desk cash, daily reports, and handover at shift end
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient confidentiality
- Handle patient queries and grievances with empathy and escalate when required
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance at the front desk
