Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service and Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and handle general correspondence.
  • Maintain a neat and organised reception area.

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule and manage attorney appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Coordinate with legal staff regarding client meetings and appointments.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies

Client Interaction:

  • Assist clients by providing information, directing them to the appropriate legal personnel, and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

Office Coordination:

  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure adequate supplies and materials for the office and reception area.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the firm.
  • Handle video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams) for internal and client meetings.

Professional Standards & Conduct:

  • Maintain professional grooming and presentation standards.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and availability during working hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years as a Front Desk Executive preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
