Reception cum Billing ExecutiveJob Summary:

Dr Heal Pain Cure Hospital is looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Reception cum Billing Executive to manage front desk operations along with accurate billing and payment handling. The candidate should ensure smooth patient flow, meet daily operational TAT (Turnaround Time), and maintain professional communication at all times.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties:

• Welcome and attend patients and visitors politely.
• Register new patients and update patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage doctor consultation timings.
• Handle incoming calls and Whats app inquiries.
• Guide patients regarding consultation and treatment process.
• Ensure smooth patient flow with minimum waiting time.

Billing Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate bills for consultations and procedures.
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments; maintain daily collections.
• Maintain billing records and daily financial reports.
• Coordinate with doctors for treatment charges.
• Ensure proper documentation of receipts and invoices.
• Assist in basic insurance-related billing.

TAT & Follow-Up Responsibilities:

• Meet daily TAT for billing, registration, and reporting.
• Ensure timely closure of pending bills and entries.
• Regular follow-up with patients for appointments and payments.
• Follow up on pending insurance approvals
• Submit daily MIS reports without delay.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle patients calmly during peak hours

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/PUC
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in hospital/clinic billing & reception preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
